Kazi Khaleed Ashraf is an architect, urbanist and author, teaching at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu. In the article mentioned above, he looks at how a historic riverbank can be given a much-needed face-lift. He discusses urban planning for Sadarghat area and its nucleus Ahsan Manzil & Gol Talab.
