Obituary: Gulshan Ara Begum

Gulshan Ara Begum (wife of Khwaja Ehsanul Huq -Bhola and daughter of Khwaja Mohammed Erfan) passed away at local time 6 am Monday morning in Dhaka.


Inna Lillahi wa Inna ilaihi raji’un-“Beyshak hamari Janen Allah ki amanaten hen, Or hum sab ko usi ki taraf laut kar Jana hay”


She was laid to rest at the family graveyard in Begum Bazaar.

Earlier Gulshan Ara Begum was being treated at BERDEM for blood pressure and diabetes and was in coma for the last one month. She is survived by her husband, four sons Shahed (Attu), Taher (Munna), Khaled, Shaheed (Latif) and two daughters Parveen and Zareen. May Allah rest her soul in piece and may Allah give patience to the bereaved family.

    Hasib hassan from usa maryland , we are deeply shocked to hear about gulshan khala. may allah give her soul to jannath aamin . she was so nice lady so far we saw her in our time when we used to live in nawab bari I DO REMEMBER SHE LOVE TO EAT PAN. used to be very happy all time . may good bless bhola bhai and his family aamin.

    As playmate of Latif and Munna Bhai i went regular to their house. She was a so friendly Lady. I am very shocked on her death. May Allah give her Jannat and to her all family members sabar.
