Family history in the month of January

     1 January 1877: Nawab Khwaja Abdul Ghanis’ Nawab title was declared hereditary & Nawab Khwaja Ahsanullah was awarded the title of Nawab at the Delhi Durbar of 1877. This was summoned by Lord Lytton to announce Queen Victoria as the new Empress of India.

     11 January 1904: Nawab Salimullah opposed certain aspects of the partition plan in an assemblage of Hindu and Muslim leaders at Ahsan Manzil.

     16th January 1915: Nawab Khwaja Salimullah died in his house at Chaurangi, Calcutta.

     18 January 1906: The wife of Fuller, Sir Joseph Bampfylde (1854-1935) , the newly appointed Governor of East Bengal and Assam, arranged a reception at Nawab’s Dilkusha Garden in honour of the notable persons of the province.

     21 January 1850: Nawab Khwaja Yusuf Jan was born in Dhaka.

     January 21 1945: Nawabzada Khwaja Atiqullah died.

    hey how about putting all this valuable information together an design a time-line of the Nawabs!? from the beginning of the family line till the very end…and make it a bit illustrative…
